Our accommodation consists of 12 rooms which are split across the Beachfront Villa and the neighbouring Townhouse.
BEACHFRONT VILLA
The Beachfront Villa offers two apartment suites on the first and second floor, each with three bedrooms (one double en-suite room, one double and one single/twin room with a shared bathroom), sitting room with seafront views, seafront balcony and kitchen.

TOWNHOUSE
The Townhouse is a recently refurbished historic property featuring original stone walls and traditional wood-beamed ceilings. It is situated opposite the Beachfront Villa and consists of six individually decorated en-suite bedrooms (four superior rooms and two deluxe rooms), breakfast bar and roof terrace.

FOOD & BEVERAGE
Each apartment suite is fully equipped with self-catering facilities. The Townhouse rooms have access to a breakfast bar, refrigerator and tea and coffee making facilities. Grocery shops, bakeries and restaurants are all within a few minutes walk of our venue. Alternatively, we would be pleased to offer our guests a half board option with breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea.
PRIVATE HIRE
The entire Limnos Experience venue (the Beachfront Villa, the Townhouse and Apothiki) can be privately hired to sleep up to 28 guests. Private hire benefits from access to the ground floor facilities of the Beachfront Villa, comprising of a spacious lounge with fireplace, library balcony, entertainment area with projector, games and films, separate breakfast room, commercial grade kitchen, spa room with jacuzzi and white marble hamam, traditional stone courtyard and sea front veranda with steps leading down to the beach.
