Kitesurfing / Windsurfing at Keros Beach

The 3km wide bay of Keros provides a surfer’s paradise. The beach sits within the a wildlife conservation wetland and the shallow turquoise waters provide a haven for water sports thrill seekers!

There are numerous kitesurfing and windsurfing schools in the bay and we would be pleased to arrange for classes or equipment to be booked on your behalf.

Keros, although worth the trip, is about 40 minutes away by car so if you are looking to enjoy a sail a little closer to home we recommend visiting the beach at Richa Nera where you will find a variety of small sail boats available for hire. The wind, however, blows much stronger in the north of the island so the real enthusiasts are encouraged to make the trip to Keros!
